These capabilities can be provided through a standalone web-based solution or integrated into clients' own internal care management and health IT platforms. Clients can use our proprietary Quality Indicator™ algorithms to sort their patient/provider data to identify care that is inconsistent with evidence-based best practices. This can be done at the drug class, prescriber or patient levels. From there clients can access the Clinical Considerations™ to intervene appropriately through their own or third-party resources. This information can be used by care management or network management departments for a detailed look at data and to identify discrete opportunities for improvement.
