CMT evolved from Comprehensive NeuroScience (CNS), founded in 1999. Our award-winning clinical heritage and expertise grew out of CNS’ seminal work developing expert-consensus, best-practice guidelines for providing quality care to patients with severe mental health disorders. Our award-winning programs have benefited millions of lives and have improved the prescribing behaviors of thousands of physicians. As research demonstrated the importance of proper prescribing, correct dosing, medication adherence, and care coordination in managing mental illness, the company searched for ways to serve larger populations and other behavioral conditions, which led to the formation of CMT.
